We spent a month training with Ilona in Thailand, and it was so worthwhile! I had never done Tabata before, but thoroughly enjoyed it – while most of the training was body weight only, I was able to increase my muscle strength and my aerobic capabilities, all while not aggravating my hurt shoulder, that’s been problematic for 8 years and feels so much better now). Every day she would adjust the training, to hit new body parts, new strengths, and new twinges. Most of all we had so much fun!
