YOGA AND MOVEMENT are part of a lifestyle that creates love and awareness. A functional approach to Yoga and movement is based on the scientifically-proven premise that our skeletons, tissues, physiology, temperament, and motivation are made and organized in a way that is uniquely ours. It is a way to improve body awareness and inspire us with new, more efficient muscle habits. If we are not aware of the quality and quantity of our movement habits, it can be difficult to improve them. Plus, without improving our body awareness and functional movement habits, the only way we are going to really know there’s a problem is when we get hurt. In my opinion, it’s a much better option to learn efficient functional movement habits, and then incorporate this knowledge into your other fitness and daily life activities to help reinforce using the body correctly to support good posture and healthy movement, or even rest!

To increase awareness in body and mind I use:

  • Stretching
  • Yin/Meridian Yoga
  • Meditation/Mind fullness
  • Pilates
  • Vinyasa Yoga
  • Body weight interval training (Tabata/HIIT)

There is a possibility to practice together, to give you the best experience and results possible. Classes can be shared online or in real life. PRICING/PLANS (

The main focus in functional movement, is on connecting the mental,- with the physical body. We will use our breath, intentions, energy, and intuition to deeply ground us. You will always be guided with very clear instructions and precisely articulated verbal adjustments, that make it accessible for everybody.
