MY HEALING JOURNEY

After discovering an autoimmune dis-ease that put me on heavy meds, I took responsibility for my health by taking a long rest and doing a lot of research to get my life back. I finally found what could work for me; the plant-based Keto diet and Intermittent fasting regime. A low carb, high fat, and moderate protein way of eating, within a timeframe of 4-8 hours each day should take my inflammations down. And indeed, after two days, it triggered a complex biochemical process inside my body that directly fought inflammation. I started to educate myself more about how inflammation works in our bodies and that it is the root cause of almost any dis-ease or dysfunction we deal with these days. It gave me a whole new way of understanding the chronic health condition that I was in.

From the day I started this lifestyle, I directly felt I was back on track. It took me lots of focus, faith, patience, and most of all self-love, but it got me where I am today.
