Mindful Movement

Explore the power of movement as a gateway to balance, strength, and inner peace. From grounding Yin to energizing Vinyasa, my yoga offerings are designed to reconnect you with your body and breath. Move with intention, listen deeply, and find stillness in motion.

  • Discover the power and benefits of Yogic stretching, which enhances flexibility, improves posture, and promotes healing and relaxation.
  • Unlock vital energy with Yin Meridian Yoga, a practice that targets the body’s energy pathways. Delve into a harmonious blend of gentle postures and meditation, designed to balance your Qi(life force) and cultivate deep relaxation, helping you find balance and vitality.
  • Trauma stress release, often through techniques like Somatic Experiencing, focuses on the body’s response to trauma, promoting healing by addressing physical sensations and restoring a sense of safety.
  • Meditation and mindfulness is about creating awareness and finding safety within yourself. It helps you notice the tension in your body, the quality of your breath, and the emotions that arise. By staying present, you begin to understand the patterns and thought systems that often hold you back in life. It opens space to release stress, calm your mind, and feel grounded. It’s not about doing more—it’s about being fully here, reconnecting with your body, and building a sense of ease and safety in the moment.
  • Breathwork improves respiratory function, reduces stress, and promotes relaxation. Techniques like deep diaphragmatic breathing can have calming effects on the nervous system and enhance overall well-being.
  • Transform your body with Pilates: Elevate your fitness journey with Pilates, a holistic approach to strengthening and toning your body. Experience a blend of controlled movements and mindful breathing, designed to improve posture, build core strength and enhance flexibility.
  • Dive into the dynamic and flowing world of Vinyasa Yoga, where movement and breath unite. Unleash your inner strength and flexibility through a series of seamlessly linked postures.
  • Ashtanga Vinyasa Krama is a structured and dynamic yoga practice rooted in the Ashtanga tradition. It follows a progressive sequence of postures, each preparing the body for the next, guided by breath, bandhas (energy locks), and drishti (gaze points). This method builds strength, flexibility, and mental focus while creating a moving meditation. A disciplined yet mindful practice, it connects movement and breath in a seamless flow.
  • A plant-based keto detox can be a powerful complement to the healing journey in yoga, especially for those in trauma-informed practices. This approach combines the cleansing benefits of a plant-based diet with the metabolic support of keto, promoting clarity, energy, and balance in the body. By reducing inflammation and stabilizing blood sugar, a plant-based keto lifestyle can deepen your connection with your body, supporting both physical and emotional resilience—an ideal foundation for the inner work we do in trauma-informed yoga.
